Kerry Airport
A regional airport with a sustainability commitment and a design team with no capacity for SEAI paperwork. We took the funding process off their desks and secured €180,500 towards a €600,000 retrofit.
Loreto College Sports Hall
A 1980s sports hall in Dublin 2, taken fully off gas with insulation, new windows and a heat pump. Verified savings came in at 130% of the SEAI target.
